Event Details

Calling all crafty teens! Join us on a journey using hot glue and embroidery to create a fun and unique shooting star wall hanging. Everyone will leave with a shooting star design in embroidery hoop frame, with a 3M hook ready to display!

Participants will be provided with all of the materials needed to complete their project. This includes:

  • (1) embroidery hoop
  • (1) piece of fabric
  • (1) 3M mounting hook
  • A stencil and pencil for tracing
  • Hot Glue
  • Fabric Markers
  • Embroidery Floss

Participants can bring their own embroidery floss for more control over the colors of their project. Please bring (1) skein of floss for the star and up to (5) different floss colors for the tail of the shooting star. If less than (5) colors are used for the tail, please be sure to still divide up the colors being used across (5) skeins of floss. For example, red and pink alternating, would require (2) skeins of red and (3) of pink or vice versa.
