Program Description

Event Details

Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga practiced while seated or using a chair for support. It is ideal for improving flexibility, strength and balance, while enhancing mobility and mental well-being.  Join us for some yoga breathing, stretching, and modified Yoga poses.

All ages and abilities are welcome! 
Dress comfortably in clothes that let you move.
