The Small Meeting Room is located on the second floor and is ideal for individuals or small group meetings. 

• An up-to-date library card from Clark or Mural is needed to reserve a room. Photo ID can be used to confirm you have a library card in our system.

• Please check in with circulation when arriving and leaving to use the small meeting rooms.  Library card or photo id will be held while room is in use. 

• Patrons are allowed to reserve the study rooms up to 10 hours per week. 

• Snacks and drinks are allowed in the study rooms. Please clean up after using the room. 

• All small meeting rooms must be vacated 15 minutes prior to Library closing.

• Reserved rooms will not be held more that 15 minutes past the time reserved.

• Keep areas tidy. These rooms are for studying, small groups and for meetings. These rooms are not always guaranteed to be quiet.
